Soldier’s Efforts Bring Fresh Eggs to Troops
Hard to explain to somebody who has never experienced a military Dining Facility in the morning the real significance of this accomplishment. Man, I missed real eggs! The first meal I begged Cannonette to fix me when I got home was fresh eggs, sunny side up.
Breakfast is the best meal of the day in the military. Sets the tone for the way your whole day is going to go. A whole lot of fresh egg-deprived troops had a good day.
Chow is a big deal. The people that hook up the troops with a variety of good food are unsung heroes.
